At Face we believe age and experience counts. There is an untold number of companies around that will boast of being in the digital printing business for 5, 10 or even 15 years, we at Face trace our roots back to the heyday of phototypesetting in 1968.
Face originally opened shop in Newman Street in London’s West End, just off Oxford Street. We soon became one of the capital’s premier typesetting and artwork studios, and moves to Hanway Place (still off Oxford Street) and then to the City’s Smithfield Market followed in the ensuing years. During our period in Smithfield we really could claim to be “Number One in the Market” with the address of No.1 West Smithfield! A claim we have constantly striven to maintain.
Face went through a management buy out in 1993 by the current owners. The new management was conscious of the inevitable advance in technology, which had already eroded some of our traditional markets, and invested in our first digital press in 1996.
This investment was so successful that a second press was on the order books within six months. Since then, and following our move to much larger premises at our current location at the Angel, we have constantly reinvested in our facilities and can now claim to have the most comprehensive digital printing service in London.
We currently run two of the magnificent Xeikon presses (there are only three in the whole of Central London) and two HP Indigos. Not to mention an extensive finishing department offering virtually the whole gamut of finishing services, and three versatile large format inkjet printers.
So whatever your print requirements, business cards or brochures, folders or flyers, cards or calendars, or any other printed item you care to mention, Face Creative Services will fulfill your needs and enhance your reputation.
But the one thing that has never changed in all our long history is our philosophy, the commitment to offer the most professional quality driven service possible to our customers.
